What is the deadline for changing my booking?
Overview
To determine the deadline for changing your booking, please refer to the Terms and Conditions provided with your booking confirmation email. These Terms and Conditions outline the specific venue amendment policy and specify the deadline by which changes can be made to your reservation. Every venue can set their cancellation policy for however many hours or days they'd like to, it is best to contact the venue managers directly if their cancelation policy is not in their terms and conditions or if you do not see the option to cancel your booking in your Bookteq Customer Portal.

Q: Are there any fees for changing my booking within the deadline?
A: If you make amendments within the specified notice period outlined in the Terms and Conditions, you can generally do so free of charge. However, if you are amending a booking to be longer or shorter or to take place on a different date the price is likely to be different that what you originally booked. This price difference will be shown in the Bookteq customer portal before you confirm your changes.
