My refund isn’t showing in my account

What to do if your booking refund is not showing in your bank account.

At Bookteq, we understand that you may be expecting a refund for a canceled booking and you are concerned about its absence in your account. Please note that refunds can take some time to be processed by the system and may not immediately reflect in your account. Refunds for direct debit payments may take longer to process than card payment refunds. Rest assured, you will receive an email notification once the refund has been requested.

If it has been 7-10 working days since the refund was requested and you have not received it, we apologise for the delay. In this case, we kindly request you to contact us by emailing hello@playfinder.com so that we can investigate the matter for you.
