How to confirm and pay for fixtures

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to the Bookteq customer portal at my.bookteq.com using your login credentials.

2. Click the "Payments" tab on the left-hand side bar.

3. You will see a couple of options, you can pay off an outstanding balance of past unpaid bookings or you can set up a payment plan for upcoming bookings.

4. Follow the prompts to enter your payment details, such as credit card information or Direct Debit.

5. Review the payment summary to ensure accuracy and confirm the payment.

6. Once the payment or payment plan is successfully processed, your reservation will be converted into a confirmed booking.

Please note that it is important to make the payment before the reservations expire, which is typically the mid-week before the scheduled fixtures for that weekend. This ensures that your fixtures are confirmed and secured.

Troubleshooting

Q: Can I pay for my fixtures at any time?
A: If the venue has set an expiration date for an unpaid reservation, then you have to pay before this expiration (which is usually the mid-week before the scheduled fixtures for that weekend). However, if it is in regards to a booking you have made yourself, you either likely have to pay right away for single bookings or set up a payment plan for repeat booking orders. 

Q: What happens if I don't make the payment before the reservations expire?
A: If you fail to make the payment before the reservations expire, your fixtures may be released and made available to other bookers. It is important to pay on time to secure your booking.
