1.) Our brand new dashboard showing you details of your next booking and next payment:
2.) A place for you to view their upcoming bookings by clicking on "view upcoming bookings". This will show you all of your current bookings and repeat booking orders. Here you will be able to filter by date, booking status and payment status. You will also see the option to amend your bookings. If you'd like to learn more about booking changes and amendments please visit our other articles in this customer support hub. You will also have the option in this view to export a report to CSV which can be made into a bookings report on Excel or Google Sheets.
3.) By pressing the "View" button, you get a main bookings view that shows you a summary of your bookings, a payments tab, your invoices, the option to pay your balance and the option to cancel bookings:
4.) In the payments section or by pressing "View Payments" you will be able to view all of your booking orders, your payments of what is due now, as well as your full outstanding balance for all booking orders:
5.) If you click "Set up payment plan" you will be able to select the frequency of your payment plan with the following options:
6.) In "Set up payment plan" you can also choose your preferred date for your payments to be taken.
