If a payment instalment in your payment plan fails you will be notified via email. Please note the venue will be notified as well. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
⭐️ Payment Retry: When a payment instalment fails, we will automatically retry the next day. This allows for a second chance to complete the transaction.
⭐️ Insufficient Funds: If the payment fails due to insufficient funds in your account, make sure to add enough money to your account to cover the missed payment. This will ensure that the retry attempt is successful.
⭐️ Card Expiry: If the payment fails due to an expired card, you will need to update your payment details with a new card. You will receive a notification informing you to set up a new payment method. Your payment methods can be managed in the Bookteq customer portal. Please see our help article on how to change it here.
