How can I set up a payment plan?
Overview
With a payment plan, you can conveniently pay in instalments on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Follow the step-by-step guide below to set up a payment plan for your existing bookings.
We have made a simplified and consolidated version of payment plans. Now, no matter how many different booking orders you have, when you set up a payment plan it will include all booking orders in one place. Don't worry, we have updated your Bookteq customer portal so that you can easily manage your payment frequency, payment method and payment date.
Step-by-Step Guide
1.) Log in to the customer portal: Visit my.bookteq.com and log in using your credentials. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one by following the registration process.
2.) On your dashboard, press "Set up Payment Plan":
3.) You will be taken to a page where you can manage your payments and their schedule:
4.) When you click "Set up payment plan" you will be able to select the frequency of your payment plan with the following options:
5.) In "Set up payment plan" you can also choose your preferred date for your payments to be taken.
6.) Once you select your frequency and choose which date you want your payment taken on, please select "Set payment date"
7.) Once your first payment has been taken, you will receive an email with a payment receipt. It will also let you know when your next payment is due to come out.
๐จPlease note that when you set up your first payment plan this initial payment will include any outstanding debt or partially unpaid bookings in your Bookteq account. If for any reason the initial payment fails, we will make two further attempts to collect the payments. You will be kept up to date on payment receipts and upcoming payments via email, so please keep up to date with your emails from Bookteq. ๐
๐จ Also, please note that if at any point you change your payment method, you will be asked to pay immediately for the next appropriate time period (week, month, or quarter).
