How to see if you qualify for a discount through the Customer Type feature.

Bookteq's Customer Type feature allows facility operators to assign personalised discounts for different customers categories

Overview

Bookteq's Customer Type feature allows facility operators to assign personalised discounts for different customer categories such as; charities, community organisations, partners, youth groups, and more.

Example

If you see a callout bar like the one in the screenshot below it means that the facility operator has assigned a Customer Type to your profile. This specific profile has been assigned an affiliate status and therefore received a Customer Type, which means they would automatically receive 50% discount on their bookings. 

Please note that at times you can qualify for a VAT free booking discount when creating a repeat booking, this is also subject to venue management.

🚨If you are entitled to a discount at the venue you currently make bookings at and haven't been assigned a customer type (with appropriate discount level) please get in touch with the venue managers. Before contacting, please make sure you are using the correct email address associated with the customer profile that should be receiving the discount.
